Job Title: Academic Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Office Administrator to join our team at Mayo Wynne Baxter. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including meeting and greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating events.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within professional services.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office products and other systems which support efficient operations of the team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, while remaining calm and professional.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
