We are seeking a highly organized and communicative administrative support officer to join our team in the School of Education, Sport and Health Sciences. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff
- Coordinate and deliver effective administration to support the school's functions, including events, committees, financial administration, information and data management, systems administration, and recruitment administration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and reports
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
