Administrative Support Role in the School of Education, Sport and Health Sciences

Location: Falmer campus

Job Type: Full-time, 37.0 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative administrator to provide support to senior school managers and academic staff in the School of Education, Sport and Health Sciences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering effective administration, including supporting events, financial administration, information and data management, systems administration, and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff
  • Coordinate and deliver effective administration, including supporting events and committees
  • Manage financial administration, information and data management, systems administration, and recruitment administration
  • Work effectively within a team and on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
