About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at an SEN School in Redhill. As a key member of the school community, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with autism and ASD to achieve their full potential.

Job Description

Your role will involve working closely with teachers to develop tailored learning plans and creating a positive, inclusive environment for all students. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with autism and ASD.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing support and encouragement to students with autism and ASD
  2. Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  3. Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of autism and ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including:
