Adult Support Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Adult Support Worker to join our team at Randstad, supporting adults with disabilities in a thriving educational centre near Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives while developing your skills and knowledge.
As an Adult Support Worker, you will collaborate with autistic learners aged 18 and above, implementing behaviour-driven teaching methodologies and interventions that foster positive outcomes and growth. You will also facilitate the application of learned skills in real-world contexts, both within our Centre for Lifelong Learning and out in the community.
The successful candidate will have a valid driving license or access to transportation, experience working with adults or young people with disabilities, and the capability to assist with personal/intimate care when needed. We welcome applications from individuals with no prior experience in this sector but who have a strong interest in learning disabilities and a genuine passion for helping others.
Our attractive compensation package includes a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum FTE, with a £500 joining bonus. You will also enjoy flexible work hours with no evening, weekend, or overnight shifts, as well as generous leave benefits. As part of our supportive work environment, you will receive comprehensive training and access to funded and recognised qualifications.
