About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team, including preparing meeting materials, managing diaries and coordinating travel arrangements.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of Executive Assistants, providing support across the team. Your day-to-day duties will include providing reception cover, processing and filing confidential reports and documents, and acting as a first point of contact for staff, visitors and external contractors/couriers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team, including preparing meeting materials and managing diaries.
  2. Coordinating travel arrangements and booking meetings.
  3. Providing reception cover and supporting the front of house facilities at our headquarters.
  4. Acting as a first point of contact for staff, visitors and external contractors/couriers.
