Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operational School Administrator with PA responsibilities to join our team. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly, allowing faculty, staff, and students to focus on learning and academic achievement.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership or management, and will possess a strong understanding of school office systems, procedures and policies. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week, with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including onsite parking, transport links, and opportunities for professional development.

The main purpose of this role is to offer confidential and personalised support to the Headteacher and handle various administrative duties across the school, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of day-to-day operational processes
  • Managing progression data using the appropriate software
  • Supporting the Headteacher in all aspects of school compliance and regulatory requirements
