We are recruiting an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. This role involves providing HR support to management, ensuring the HR team delivers a high-quality service.
Main Tasks:- Administer the induction process for new employees.
- Manage payroll instructions and submit them to payroll on schedule.
- Be the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Full-time opportunity available. Location: Birmingham. Estimated salary: £25,000-£32,000 per annum.
Necessary Skills:- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
