Job Description: As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and supervising a team to deliver high-quality administrative support and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.">
  • Allocating work to employees/contractors, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.">
  • Managing administrative functions, including monitoring compliance performance statistics, processing invoices, and coordinating responses to customer complaints and enquiries.">
  • Overseeing out-of-hours services, insurance claims, fire safety protocols, and other relevant work.">
  • Preparing reports and documentation for senior management and participating in tenant and scrutiny panels when required.">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A strong background in administration, with experience in leading and managing teams.">
  • Detailed knowledge of Asset Management & Improvement processes, specifically in housing repairs and voids.">
  • Excellent customer focus and a commitment to continuous service improvement.">
  • Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum.">
  • Ability to undertake Level 3 in Management and any necessary training identified for the post.">

Compensation Package: The salary for this role is £(Apply online only) per day inside IR35, with a contract duration of 3-6 months. You will have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 days in the office.
