Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage complex payrolls across multiple EMEA countries.
- Estimated Salary: £56,560 - £62,880 per annum based on 37.5 hours
- Location: Guildford
- Job Type: Hybrid Working (Flexible)
This role is ideal for a skilled payroll professional who can ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish.
- Data Management: Handle sensitive payroll data for new hires, terminations, and adjustments.
- Benefits and Pension Support: Work closely with the Benefits team to ensure seamless benefits and pension processing.
- International Taxation: Coordinate with accounting firms to provide support on tax matters for employees on international assignments.
- Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll is accurately recorded in the company's accounts.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality support to employees with payroll inquiries.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, particularly with payrolls in EMEA countries.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of EMEA payroll compliance requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Workday HCM and ADP Celergo preferred; advanced Excel skills.
