Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm and inviting experience for our customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Managing the flow of information between the workshop and the customer
Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience
  • Ensuring a close relationship with the workshop to guarantee a high standard of communication for the customer
  • Contributing to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets
  • Handling customer inquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
  • Confidently establishing an understanding agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
  • Maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity
  • Managing the handover and administration and explaining the work carried out on the vehicle
  • Understanding and adhering to manufacturer service requirements
  • Maintaining safe working practices and adhering to high standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Organisation and attention to detail
  • A smart appearance and confident demeanor
  • Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive sector
