About the Role:

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience. They will work closely with the workshop to guarantee a high standard of communication for the customer and contribute to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional levels of customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience.
  • Workshop Communication: Ensure a close relationship with the workshop to guarantee a high standard of communication for the customer.
  • Productivity and Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets.
  • Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and queries promptly and efficiently to create and maintain customer loyalty and retention.
  • Work Authorization: Confidently establish an understanding agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
  • Service Department Loading: Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Handover and Administration: Manage the handover and administration and explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customers' full understanding and authorisation.
  • Manufacturer Requirements: Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
  • Safe Working Practices: Maintain safe working practices and abide by the high standards of the business.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
  • Organisation: Organised.
  • Appearance: Smart appearance.
  • Confidence: Confident.
  • Teamwork: Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive sector.
