- Workshop Coordination: Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handover and Administration: Manage the handover and administration of work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customers' full understanding and authorisation.
- Manufacturer Requirements: Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Safe Working Practices: Maintain safe working practices and abide by the high standards of the business.
