LV Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join their team in Oxford. This is a full-time and permanent role that involves managing a small and close-knit team, leading the accounting function, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification, experience in line management, and excellent IT skills. They will also have a flexible and supportive attitude, with a desire to lead by example.

The role offers a competitive salary of £36,000 - £44,260 for a 35-hour working week, as well as excellent benefits including an enhanced contributory pension scheme, 38 days holiday per year, and free meals when on duty.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three people, including the Payroll & Finance Assistant and Accounts Assistants. They will also be responsible for budgeting and reporting, finance and process systems, and experience.
