About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at BMI Healthcare. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving activity to meet annual sales targets across all payors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to ensure the delivery of budgeted activity across all payor groups
  • Build and maintain productive stakeholder relations with private and public service commissioners, service referrers, and service users
  • Lead and develop the sales and marketing team to ensure that Circle Health Group values and behaviours are consistently demonstrated
  • Lead and motivate the team to always put the customer at the heart of everything we do
