Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales function and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance to ensure sales targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology or safety industry
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
