**Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to support our sales function and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the business units with monthly stock forecasts, supporting new product introductions, and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the business units with monthly stock forecasts based on sales trends and opportunity reports.
- Support all business units with new product introductions, including new line forms, pricing, and product information.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and creating reports for the team.
- Support the finance team with trading terms documentation, rebate agreements, and commercial support documents.
- Assist the Marketing department with sales activities, including exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
- Provide assistance to Product Managers with market trends, sales data, pricing, and product variant information.
- Authorise sales team pricing requests in the absence of their line manager.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pass periodical product technical tests.
- Bid writing and data analysis experience required to win tenders from public and private clients.
- Organise and deliver technical seminars to professionals to increase awareness of products and technical support.
- Accurately forecast sales to facilitate effective stock control.
- Demonstrate effective building of client relationships.
- Be proficient at operating Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
**Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
