We are seeking a highly skilled Board Administration Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Governing Body, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. Key responsibilities include drafting agendas, distributing papers, and recording minutes, as well as preparing financial plans and managing contracts.

As a Board Administration Coordinator, you will work closely with the Chairman and Governing Body, providing advice on appointments, removals, and governance matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining governance records, publishing meeting papers on the College website, and managing the register of Governors' interests.

The salary for this role is £30,296 - £33,945 per annum, pro-rata, for 30 hours per week. To be successful, you will need a degree in a relevant field, GCSE English and Mathematics, and 2+ years' experience in a secretarial role supporting a Board or Corporate Body. A full driving licence valid in Northern Ireland and advanced Microsoft Office skills are also essential.
