With a strong track record of experience in construction, civils, or consultancy, you will drive the adherence to procedures, ensure achievement of performance targets, and oversee the project pipelines of our framework partners. Your expertise will enable us to deliver sustainable procurement solutions that benefit local communities and contribute to a world where everyone deserves to thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Framework Manager, you will be responsible for:
  1. Monitoring and evaluating framework performance using partner reports and internal data.
  2. Analysing and acting on performance reports, engaging with framework partners to drive improvement and achieve required standards.
  3. Ensuring value for money for clients by measuring VFM against compliant application of the framework agreement.
  4. Managing standards of performance in overall partner delivery, liaising with core teams to achieve consistency across regions and drive local improvement.
  5. Implementing good practices and procedures to coordinate framework partner delivery and compliance with process and quality.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years' experience in providing services in construction, civils, or consultancy categories.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and/or commissions and programmes of work.
  • Ability to influence decision makers within private and public sector organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of operational practice in public sector construction and built environment projects, recognising community impact and benefits.
  • Operational knowledge of NEC Engineering & Construction contracts, option clauses, and execution in a public sector environment.
  • A basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace and commitment to supporting our carbon reduction strategy.
