We’re recruiting for a Database Administrator to join our Management Information Team. Within this role you will maintain and develop our in house and third-party propriety management information systems and reporting in line with external contractual obligations & internal requirements.

You will review and align all Framework systems and be part of and lead project teams designed to improve systems and drive efficiency. This role is essential to the running of Frameworks systems and will suit an experienced IT professional with excellent administration and communication skills.

This role will be predominantly based from home with the expectation to attend the office 1-2 days per week (this may increase during busy periods). We can also offer flexible start and finish times.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide Management Information System reports.
- Review and align all of Framework’s systems, leading project teams designed to improve systems and drive efficiency
- Maintain accurate data, working with stakeholders (internal and external) to identify areas of improvement
- Develop new databases and performance management systems
- Liaise with customers to obtain meaningful requirements and specifications for new and existing database and performance management systems
- External reporting and associated administration, including building effective relationships.
- Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy working with support and operations to correct data quality errors. Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions.
- Develop and continuously improve performance reports across all operational areas to ensure compliance, integrity and accuracy and provide assurance to the organisation
- Proactively monitor measure, analyse, execute, track and report on data quality issues.
- Provide training and mentorship to more junior members of the team.
- Will have experience of SQL Server management and Visual Basic
- Will have advanced Microsoft Access skills including query writing, table design and creating forms
- Will have experience of managing and analysing data
- Will have experience of developing complex software within a data management context in line with customer specifications
- Will have advanced Excel skills (including formulae, reporting capabilities and mathematical equations)
- Will have experience of developing information systems and business processes
