Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our team at Lancaster Medical Practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working closely with our Practice Nurses, Doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage clinical risk, reporting any concerns to GPs as necessary.
  • Monitor and support patients with long-term conditions, using a holistic patient-centered approach.
  • Perform and record clinical observations, including vital signs and other relevant data.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, following NMC standards and protocols.
  • Provide basic wound care management and assist with health promotion initiatives.
