About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team at Lancaster Medical Practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patient risk, reporting any concerns to senior healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and support patients with long-term conditions, using a holistic and patient-centered approach.
  • Perform and record clinical observations, including vital signs and other relevant data.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver health promotion and education to patients, using opportunities such as new patient medicals and health checks.
