Main Responsibilities- Assess and report clinical risk, ensuring the well-being of patients and requesting GP consultations when necessary.
- Monitor and support patients with long-term conditions, using a holistic patient-centered approach.
- Perform and record clinical observations, including vital signs and patient assessments.
- Administer medications as prescribed, following NMC standards and protocols.
- Contribute to health promotion and disease prevention initiatives, using opportunities such as new patient medicals and NHS Health Checks.
