We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop our Sales and Marketing capability. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our business and ensuring the successful execution of our sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, product launches, and distributor development activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to optimize customer awareness of existing and new ranges, and improve customer service and communication.
  • Develop and manage a distributor/agent network in existing and new geographies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a B2B sales/marketing role at manager or director level, including UK based SME.
  • Product sales and marketing, and service provider experience.
  • Experience of running and building a team.
  • International experience with a demonstrable and proven track record of building sales in new geographies.
  • Experience with dealership networks, both setting up and managing established dealers.
  • Degree qualified, post graduate business qualification desirable.
