Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of up to 9 engineering personnel across various disciplines, ensuring all activities on site are supported.
  2. Manage Facilities projects, ensuring the infrastructure of the building and grounds are well maintained.
  3. Act as the site responsible person for HSB insurance compliance, waste management, and ISO 14001.
  4. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, and lead and support improvement projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. HNC certification or Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering; HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
  2. NEBOSH or IOSH certification, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Proven planning expertise and strong organizational skills.
  4. Experience in Engineering Compliance and managing projects within the food manufacturing industry.
