Scoping Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scoping Project Manager to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects through to completion, assessing risks, and managing accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of Billable Works in accordance with Government Regulatory and Statutory undertakings.
  • Monitor Supply Chain teams to ensure suitably qualified and experienced operatives are directed to relevant tasks.
  • Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure they are to an acceptable standard.
  • Confer with local DIO representatives and Site Managers to agree scope, priorities, and delivery programmes.
  • Progress tasks end to end through the Maximo system.
  • Ensure all documentation relating to Billable Works are completed and distributed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in a facilities management context.
  • Strong risk management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
