We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team for the construction of the Edgcote viaduct, a major project in the UK's rail network. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to completion and delivery.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects. They will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of the project;
• Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, designers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution;
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks;
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve project performance;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Familiarity with project management tools and software;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
