Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Taking ownership of portfolio performance and driving profitability through key initiatives.
  • Leading, engaging and motivating teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the personal lines insurance market.

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
