Job Overview

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Personal Care Specialist, you should possess excellent communication skills, be reliable and trustworthy, and have a genuine desire to help others. While prior care experience is not necessary, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
