Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Personal Care Specialist to join our team in Cringleford, Norfolk. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing reliable and essential care and support to our clients in their homes.
About the Role:
- This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week on Thursday and Friday.
- You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their homes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
