Job Description

The Performance Optimization Specialist will play a crucial role in helping us build and maintain our reporting suite, as well as providing performance insights into weekly and monthly performance meetings.

You will need strong analytical skills and data analysis knowledge, with experience in T-SQL and advanced Excel. Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market are also essential, as is the ability to drive proactive and reactive actionable insight aligned to strategic goals.

A competitive salary of £55,000 (national) or £65,000 (London) is on offer, plus a bonus opportunity of up to 10% of annual salary, depending on performance and Aviva's results. Our generous pension scheme includes up to 14% employer contributions, and we also offer 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.
