Operational Performance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Field Development Supervisor to join our team at Clancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of field resources on our Anglian Water Alliance. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring effective planning, control of plant, labor, and risks. Key responsibilities include:
• Proactive schedule management to minimize disruptions and preventable mistakes
• Promotion of continual improvement and innovative ideas
• Reduction of aborts, re-work, and traffic management fines
• Employee development through training programs for optimal contribution
• Compliance with relevant health and safety and environmental legislation
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum. Benefits include pension, healthcare, holiday allowance, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience as a supervisor in the construction and water industry, with relevant qualifications like NRSWA Supervisor and a full clean valid driving license.
