Performance Improvement Specialist

M Group Services Limited T/A Morrison Telecom Services is seeking a highly motivated Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the performance of our external staff and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job DescriptionIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the performance and development of all external staff
- Ensuring a First-Class Service delivery is maintained
- Auditing and coaching teams to improve quality
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, effective use of Microsoft Programs, and the ability to interpret performance reporting to build a conversation with a colleague. You will also be able to demonstrate drive and ambition to deliver World Class Customer Service.
The salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, and we offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, a 4% matched pension scheme, and access to our staff discount portal.
