About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team at Selwood. As an Installation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all installation work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of installation progress, including site reports, quality control checks, and safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with the Installation Manager to develop and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency response plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of installation team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong background in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel to various sites, including construction sites, offices, and other locations, as required.
