About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our Installations Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our installations team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the installations team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, flexibility, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
  • Ensure that all direct and indirect workers on site, including third parties employed by Selwood, are aware of and adhere to RAMS and health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and report any potential safety risks or hazards on site, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Installation Manager to ensure that all installation projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a supervisor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of onsite safety procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
  • Essential qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision, SSSTS - Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme, IOSH Managing Safety.
  • Desirable qualifications: Forklift licence, CSCS gold card holder, National Water Hygiene Card.
