About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our Installations Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our installations team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of pipework and other equipment on customer sites.
  • Lead by example and ensure that all site staff and customers are aware of and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct site risk assessments and ensure that all necessary control measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with the Installation Manager to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard.
  • Assist with the training and development of installation operatives and sub-contractors.
  • Contribute to the development of the Installations Team and the success of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a construction or installation environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
