Private Client Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to lead our Private Client team in the South Coast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality private client tax advice and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the Private Client team, ensuring excellent client service and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Support strategy development, budget setting, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and referral networks.
- Identify and manage tax risk within the private client portfolio, following quality and risk procedures.
- Support the National private client tax teams on complex issues and communicate changes in tax legislation to clients and colleagues.
- Lead learning and development for the Poole tax team, mentoring, training, and delegating work to team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Relevant professional qualification (CTA or similar).
- Proven track record of building relationships and networks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Broad technical tax knowledge and expertise.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and develop new initiatives.
- Proficiency with personal tax on CCH Central (an advantage).
