Surveying and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Surveying and Procurement Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects at beBee Professionals in Fylde.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective cost estimation strategies to minimize costs.
- Manage construction budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to achieve best-value pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
