Site Logistics and Procurement Coordinator

**Position**: Part-Time / Adhoc Site Logistics and Procurement Coordinator
**Reports To**: Procurement Manager
**Location**: Various Sites
**Job Summary**:
The Site Logistics and Procurement Coordinator will manage material requisitions, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely and efficient delivery of resources to the site.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage running lists of materials required for projects.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and managed site stores.
- Plan material, plant, and permit requirements in advance.
- Maintain clear communication with the procurement team regarding material specifications.
- Ensure efficient site stock management and documentation.
- Assist with site surveys, including drone surveys and data uploads.
**General Requirements**:
- Flexibility to work part-time or on an ad hoc basis as needed.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications for specific job functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in procurement and logistics management in a construction setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
