Expert Construction Supply Chain Professional

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, with expertise in construction and procurement strategies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies aligned with the company's Infrastructure Construction Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure optimal quality and cost-effectiveness
- Manage Framework Agreements and negotiate contracts with external suppliers
- Lead the procurement process, including tender pack development, evaluation, and award
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class aircraft to customers worldwide
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience working in supply chain management for the construction industry
- Detailed knowledge of JCT and NEC Construction contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- MRICS qualified or similar, or working toward
