Early Years Education Tutor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team at the LMP Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship program via a blended learning approach across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship program.
  • Prepare and produce schemes of work.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for each learner.
  • Provide progression, retention, and achievement information for the course.
  • Deliver inclusive and high-quality courses and materials to all learners.

Essential Criteria:

  • Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or similar.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Hold a TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent.
  • Hold an IQA qualification or equivalent.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience working within the childcare/early years sector.
  • Experience of working with young people aged 16 plus.
  • At least five years' experience working in education as a tutor, trainer, and development environment.

What We Offer:

  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • 28 days holiday and an extra day for each year you stay with us.
  • We pay for a Healthcare Plan and life insurance.
  • We'll both add money into your pension pot after 3 months.
