We are looking for an Early Years and TA Assessor/Tutor to join a well established and growing National Apprenticeship Provider in the Education Sector. Their training team is rapidly expanding and they need more tutors to cover the North West region. You will be responsible for developing and delivering up to Level 3 CACHE Childcare/TA Apprenticeships.
- **Max 40 Caseload**:

- **No Functional Skills delivery**

This role will be predominantly home-based with travel around this region to meet with your learners. Full time tutors will have a maximum cohort of 40 learners.

**Duties**:

- Deliver Childcare/TA (Apprenticeship funded) Training up to level 3
- Conduct study group and 1-1 sessions with learners undertaking the qualifications, leading informal discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends and sharing experiences.
- Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
- Visiting/observing learners in their place of work every 4 weeks to gather quality evidence towards their qualifications.
- Using e-portfolio (Onefile) systems effectively to record progress and achievement.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Work to strict completion timescales.

Who we are looking for:

- You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Be able to prioritise and deal with change effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and work well under pressure.

Required education and experience:

- Minimum Level 3 Childcare and TA Qualification.
- A1, CAVA or equivalent assessing qualification.
