**Job description**

Early Years Skills Tutor/Trainer

**The role**:
This role is to deliver Early Years apprenticeships on a 121 and remote basis. Travel to visit students periodically will be required. As a business we work closely with our clients and offer bespoke learning to suit both the client and students needs. You will be a part of a national team with regular catch ups and meetings along with monthly 121’s and annual appraisals.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualified to L3 in Early Years as a minimum
- Assessing qualification - A1/TAQA/CAVA
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/PTLLS/AET etc is desirable
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A passion to support students and drive quality
- Minimum 3 years of occupational experience working with the Early Years sector
- Confident in the delivery of Functional Skills maths and English up to L2
- UK Driving Licence and access to a car
