Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient appointment bookings and reception duties efficiently
- Process referral forms and liaise with GP's, Consultants, and other hospital staff regarding imaging reports and appointments
- Respond to face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Manage workload effectively and support administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives
- Work with CRIS and PACS computer systems
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of Radiology services
- Image transferring between hospitals
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- Ability to use initiative and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable
- Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is desirable
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
