Theatre Nurse / ODP Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our team in Norwich. As a theatre nurse/ODP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of surgical operations and providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting across various operations, including orthopaedics, joint replacements, plastics, gynaecology, ENT, and general surgery.
  • Preparing patients for surgery and caring for patients undergoing procedures.
  • Reviewing patient charts and confirming data.
  • Ensuring medical equipment is prepared for surgery.
  • Monitoring patients' condition throughout surgery.
  • Covering anaesthetic duties as needed.
  • Supporting patients through their recovery period post-surgery.

Requirements

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • At least 2 years UK experience in scrub nursing in the UK.
  • Experience working under minimal supervision.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care.
