Career Coach and Employment Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Career Coach and Employment Specialist to join our team at Ingeus UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coaching and empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with participants to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and secure meaningful employment.
- Meet and exceed performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the wider community.
- Understand and signpost participants to internal and external services that address needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching.
- Prepare participants for interviews by conducting mock interviews and assessment activities, and helping them build confidence in their abilities.
- Maintain accurate electronic participant records that reflect the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within the required timescales and to the required standards.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change.
- Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges.
- High-level digital literacy.
