About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career and Employability Officer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students in their career development and employability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide career counselling and guidance to students, helping them to identify their strengths and interests and develop effective job search strategies.
  • Develop and deliver career development programs and initiatives to support students' professional growth, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers and industry professionals to create networking and employment opportunities for students.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to ensure a high-quality and consistent student experience.

Requirements:

  • Good degree in a relevant discipline and/or other equivalent and relevant prior experience.
  • Direct experience as a key influencer in supporting students to engage with careers and employability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at different levels.
