About the Role

The Skills and Development Coach will play a pivotal role in supporting a caseload of apprentices to ensure they stay on track and complete their programmes on time. As the primary point of contact, the successful candidate will work closely with the employer, tutors, and client team to provide guidance and support to their apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices working for prominent names in practice and industry.
  • Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Guide learner development through our bespoke e-portfolio system, including giving feedback on portfolio submissions.
  • Monitor learner progression to ensure they reach their highest potential in all knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards.
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
Requirements
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate with an enthusiasm for learning.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional, representing the brand to clients and apprentices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
