Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Advocating for Education and Quality Improvement model (AEQUIP) within our organization. As a visible role model, they will be responsible for developing, delivering, and embedding Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) in collaboration with clinical teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of diverse ethnic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds and needs of patients, staff, and the public.
  • Act as a champion for confidentiality and information governance, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous records of AEQUIP deployment and PMA activity.
  • Contribute to the development of documents and teaching aids, and lead on their design.
  • Provide reports on AEQUIP deployment and present in forums as required.
  • Collate audit data to report on activity, compliance, and effectiveness.
Clinical Support
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise and maintain competence in clinical skills.
  • Establish and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships with patients, visitors, and work colleagues.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and improve services, delivering safe, compassionate care through regular RCS.
  • Support the supervision, development, and coaching of individual staff to function effectively within their roles.
  • Demonstrate inspirational leadership in the workplace, promoting psychological safety and situational awareness.
  • Maintain a clinically credible profile within clinical departments.
