Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and optimize inventory management.
  • Develop and implement efficient cooking processes to ensure high-quality output.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members to enhance overall performance.

Suitable candidates will hold a valid working visa or be a permanent resident/citizen. The role requires flexibility and commitment to night and weekend shifts.

The estimated salary range for this position is NZD 65,000 - 85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
